How to turn off/on firewall in windows

what is the windows firewall?

The firewall is a security application created by Microsoft and built into Windows, designed to filter network data transactions to and from your windows system and block harmful communications and/ or the programs that are initiating them. 

All the entering or leaving traffic from your computer pass through the firewall which inspects all types of traffic and either allows or denies the traffic depend upon the firewall setting.

  follow the given steps to configure the built-in firewall in windows 

step1. Go to control panel
 

step2. view by category (small icons)
  

step3. Go to "windows firewall and click"


 Here you can see two types of networks.
          1. public network
          2. private network

Generally, firewall default 'on' both "public and private networks"

step4. go to "notification change setting"


you can change both private and public network (default) "turn ON or OFF"


THEN CLICK (OK)

  Now my windows firewall both private and public network "turn off"

If you "turn off" both private or public network than your PC working very fastly than previous
   keep your pc/laptop safe mode.
