Q.  How can restore OS ?

 Steps to Restore OS

Note: To restore OS, the protection settings of your system should be ON. You can check this in the computer's properties.

Step 1. To start windows update settings, type windows in the search box. Click Windows update settings.


Step 2. To reset the PC, select Recovery.


Step 3. To proceed, click Get started.


Step 3. To choose an option, click Remove everything.

      Note: If you choose to keep my files, the system will remove apps and settings but keeps your personal files.



Step 5. To clean the drivers, click Remove files and clean the drive

          Note: If you want to just delete your files, you can choose Just remove my files.



Step 6. To restart the PC, click Reset.

              Note: System will restart the PC.






Step 7. After restarting, to continue the process, choose Continue.




                  Once you click continue, the system will restart and OS will be restored.
