Q. How to take a backup of e-mail?   Ans. Steps to take a backup of e-mail Step 1.  To access outlook data file (.pst) to be backed up, double-click the control panel icon.   Step 2 . To access the e-mail settings, click Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) (32bit). Step 3. To view the PST folder, click Data Files. Step 4. select the user for whom you want to take the backup. Step 5. To access the PST file, click Open File Location. Step 6. To copy the PST file, right-click it and select copy. Step 7. Access the network folder where you want to keep the backup by entering the path.   Note: You can also keep a backup on an external Hard drive. Step8. To paste the PST file, right-click the empty area and select paste.                 eg. Step no6. file has to paste them Note: You can also take the backup of emails in Outlook using the  Import/Export  wizard accessed from the File menu.

Q.  How can restore OS ?  Steps to Restore OS Note: To restore OS, the protection settings of your system should be ON. You can check this in the computer's properties. Step 1. To start windows update settings, type windows in the search box. Click Windows update settings. Step 2. To reset the PC, select Recovery. Step 3. To proceed, click Get started. Step 3. To choose an option, click Remove everything.       Note: If you choose to  keep my files, the  system will remove apps and settings but keeps your personal files. Step 5. To clean the drivers, click Remove files and clean the drive           Note: If you want to just delete your files, you can choose Just remove my files. Step 6. Steps to troubleshoot a hanged computer

There are six steps to be followed for troubleshooting a computer hanging issue.  Step1. RAM - The bad memory stick can freeze a computer. - Check RAM by using a Memory diagnostic test. - One can use a third-party tool such as "Memtest86". - Ensure that RAM is compatible with the motherboard Step2. Hard Drive - Test the hard drive for bad sector - Run a complete diagnostic test to check the stability of the hard drive. - Use the manufacturer's diagnostic tool or "chkdsk". -  If you come across a lot of bad sectors or errors, backing up data and repairing the bad sectors is recommended. Dynamic lock :                Dynamic Lock is a new feature in Windows 10 which automatically locks  your machine if you are away from the device.  It works by using a Bluetooth connection to your phone (can be iPhone, Android, etc).                     If it detects you have left the machine it will lock it automatically. This is based on: Your PC still stays unlocked for 30 seconds if the Bluetooth device is present (that was present during login) If the Bluetooth device is not present or the signal is weak which signifies the device is far away (with the user) the screen will be locked. Step 1: Pair your phone Before you enable Dynamic Lock, you must first pair your phone with your PC. You can skip down to step 2 if that's already done.
